Hello Missinglettr Community,
I’m resharing this news on the Missinglettr blog for some users that are concerned in our Facebook Group. Missinglettr has closed an investment round and brought in some new owners to help push the company to the next level!
Both Ajay Sridharan and Mark Henderson are super excited to announce they’ve joined Missinglettr both as operators and owners. They’re fully committed to helping Missinglettr grow and are assuming responsibility of the day to day operations.
From Ajay, “There’s so much opportunity with Missinglettr! The community has made it clear as to what features are needed, and we’re committed to getting those to you.”
I couldn’t be more excited to welcome Ajay and Mark to the team. Along with their wealth of experience growing SaaS companies; they also bring an insatiable drive to innovate the product and deliver outstanding customer service.
From a personal standpoint, I will remain on the board as part owner and will work closely with Ajay and Mark in an advisory capacity.
One important change: Missinglettr is now a Canadian corporation.
Canada has amazing financial programs for startups and with Mark & Ajay living in Canada it made a ton of sense to take advantage of this.
You’ll soon notice that our privacy, terms of conditions and your bills will now show our new legal name and address.
